Meryl Blau is a Master Mindpower™ Coach, keynote speaker, and Professor of Creative Advertising at the University of Miami. Known for her high-performance, health-minded lifestyle, Meryl brings that same energy into every room she steps into. Her passion for living at a higher frequency fuels her work as a coach, mentor, and educator, pushing people to expand what they believe is possible for themselves.
With over 17 years of experience shaping the next generation of creative leaders, Meryl has coached and mentored thousands to perform stronger, think clearer, and lead with greater confidence. Her signature blend of Jersey-girl tough love and soft-around-the-edges empathy helps clients and audiences feel both challenged and motivated to grow.
Meryl’s journey into Mindpower began during a season when, while life may have looked successful on the outside, her body, mind, and circumstances were telling her it was time for change. Learning to quiet her thoughts, reprogram her beliefs, and rebuild from within reignited every part of her life. That transformation became the foundation of her mission to help others strengthen their mindset, build resilience, and create unstoppable growth.
As co-creator of Mindset Slingshot® and an influential voice in the Mindpower community, Meryl continues to move leaders, creatives, and professionals to raise their standards and lead from within. When one of her favorite alumni heard she was now a mental toughness coach, his response was, “Well, of course you are. It took you long enough.”
A former fitness competitor, married for over 19 years, and mom of two teen athletes, Meryl lives what she teaches: strength starts in the mind, with a bar always set beyond what you believe is reachable and ready to stretch past your imagination.
